Scott O'Connor

Scott relocated to Southwest Florida in 1996 from Surf City, a small island town in New Jersey. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Stockton University. Shortly after moving to Florida, he founded O'Connor Environmental Permitting, Inc., a company dedicated to securing environmental regulatory permits for projects across Charlotte, Lee, and Sarasota counties, including numerous projects for Boca Grande residents.

In 2001, Scott obtained his Florida Real Estate License. He currently serves on the Coral Creek Club Board of Directors, where he chairs the Clubhouse Committee, and also sits on the Spanish Peaks Club Golf Committee. Having grown up on a small island and maintained a lifelong love for the beach, Scott has a deep appreciation for Boca Grande and all it offers—or perhaps all it doesn't.

Scott and his wife Kristin reside locally with their two rescue dogs. His hobbies include golf, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking with his dogs in the mountains, skiing in fresh powder, and spending time with Kristin at their vacation home in Big Sky, Montana.
