Emina Basic is a dedicated New York City real estate professional who began her career with Urban Pads, a boutique brokerage known for its strong market knowledge and client-focused approach. Born and raised in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Emina brings resilience, integrity, and cultural understanding to her work. She is a native speaker of the South Slavic language, formally recognized as Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian, or Montenegrin (based on national designation), allowing her to effectively serve a diverse and international clientele.

For over eight years, Emina has proudly called Brooklyn home. Living and working in the borough has given her a deep appreciation for its neighborhoods, lifestyle, and evolving market, enabling her to provide clients with thoughtful insights and informed guidance.

Emina chose a career in real estate for the opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Some of her most rewarding moments come when clients receive the keys to their new home—experiences that continue to inspire her passion for the industry. She was recognized as a top agent at Urban Pads in both 2023 and 2024 for achieving the highest number of client agreements signed.

Outside of real estate, Emina is a devoted mother who values time with her husband and two children. She enjoys nature, interior design, travel, fitness, and outdoor activities, including swimming and skiing, and finds balance through continuous learning and personal growth.
