Seema Pejman

Born and raised in Santa Monica, Seema Pejman is the daughter of acclaimed Iranian classical composer Ahmad Pejman. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York, she began her career in fashion photography and visual art before bringing her creative eye to real estate.

Seema approaches real estate with a thoughtful, design-driven perspective, helping clients find homes that reflect their aesthetic, energy, and lifestyle. She specializes in the Westside—from Malibu and the Palisades to the Hollywood Hills—communities she knows intimately and proudly calls home.

Outside of real estate, Seema enjoys expanding her vinyl collection, playing classical piano, and spending time at the Brentwood Country Mart.
