Terrin Hansen brings a unique blend of experience and heart to real estate on Kauai. With a background in luxury hospitality, sales leadership, and property management, she helps clients at every stage, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, navigate the island market with clarity and confidence.

Terrin’s real estate journey began in Park City, Utah, where she worked in high-end hospitality while attending college. After five years, she followed a dream and moved to Kauai to help open and manage the condo-hotel operations at Koloa Landing Resort.

She later spent a decade as a Director of Admissions in higher education, developing the kind of strategic insight and people-first approach that clients appreciate today. In 2023, Terrin and her husband returned to Kauai with their children to fully embrace island living. Since then, she has deepened her knowledge of the local market by managing vacation rentals, optimizing pricing strategies, and supporting property owners.
