Michael Fitzpatrick is a seasoned global real estate advisor partnered with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Downtown Sarasota office. With more than 30 years of real estate expertise spanning residential, investment, and commercial sectors, Michael delivers an unparalleled level of knowledge, strategic insight, and discretion to his customers. Originally from South Bend, Indiana, and now a proud resident of Sarasota, he seamlessly blends Midwestern authenticity with Florida's sophisticated coastal lifestyle.



In residential real estate, Michael has a personal and professional track record of success. He has acquired, sold, and managed numerous primary residences, secondary homes, and investment properties. As the former president of the Mark Sarasota Condominium Association and chair of its House Management Committee, he developed a profound understanding of condominium governance, developer transitions, the Section 558 construction defect resolution process, Florida's evolving SIRS reserve requirements, and the financial stewardship necessary for maintaining luxury residential communities.



Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. His distinguished career includes serving as a commercial real estate lender and a partner at Baker Tilly, where he led the firm's real estate investment banking practice, served on its board of partners and played an integral role in its expansion from a regional CPA firm to a top 10 accounting and advisory firm with a global presence.



Michael is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee and the National Association of REALTORS®.
