Simone Fraternali

Simone was born and raised in Florence, he began his career in the banking sector at Euromobiliare, specializing in wealth management. After earning an MBA in the United States, he worked in New York and New Orleans, contributing to the acquisition of distressed loan portfolios from RTS and FDIC.

As a Managing Member of a Private Equity Fund, he managed and redeveloped assets, including notable projects such as the transformation of 158 Madison Avenue. He also coordinated significant financing and capital lending for major projects, showcasing his expertise in complex real estate ventures, from the acquisition of historic buildings to land development.

After founding his own real estate agency, Simone worked for a large American company in the sector before returning to Italy to head the Florence office. In 2025, he joined Italy Sotheby’s International Realty, standing out for his international expertise and his ability to build strong relationships with clients.
