With nearly a decade at CBRE specializing in multifamily investment sales, Hasina has worked on closing over 15,000 apartment units, representing more than $3.8 billion in transaction volume. As a real estate advisor with Nick Sadek Sotheby’s International Realty, Hasina brings that same expertise and dedication to luxury residential and multifamily investment sales across Northern California.

Born in New York and raised in Sacramento, California, Hasina graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Managerial Economics. Hasina’s passion for real estate is rooted in serving her community and helping clients achieve lifelong goals, whether it’s purchasing a dream home or building generational wealth through strategic investments.

Known for her tireless work ethic, market expertise, and detail-oriented approach, Hasina provides high-quality, advisory-driven service tailored to every client’s unique needs. Outside of work, you can find Hasina exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, shopping, doing Pilates, playing tennis, boxing, or traveling. But most of all, she loves spending time with friends, family, and her two nephews Aiden and Daniyal.
