Silvia Gaviria

A New York native, Silvia possesses an in-depth knowledge of Manhattan, the five boroughs, and Westchester County, offering her clients unparalleled insight into the local real estate market.
Having lived in Medellín, Colombia, and South Florida, Silvia's diverse cultural experiences have enriched her approach to real estate, allowing her to connect with clients from all backgrounds. Fluent in Spanish, she is able to serve a wide range of clientele with ease.

Before entering real estate, Silvia earned a BA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. She practiced law for several years at some of New York's most prestigious corporate law firms, handling complex matters such as corporate mergers, antitrust cases, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Later, she transitioned to solo practice, focusing on real estate and immigration law. While successful in law, Silvia sought a more personal and client-centric profession, leading her to pursue a career in real estate, all while continuing to provide legal services in a private capacity.

Now a full-time, multi-million-dollar producer, Silvia is deeply committed to her clients, personally overseeing every sale and rental. Her hands-on, client-first approach has earned her exceptional client satisfaction and reviews. Silvia has successfully handled transactions across Westchester, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island.
Outside of real estate, Silvia is a passionate advocate for animal welfare, volunteering with rescue organizations and fostering abused animals in her spare time.
