Shannon Carter, a 7th-generation Native Texan, has called Austin home for over 20 years, specializing in residential sales with a keen focus on the 78733 area, Cuernavaca, and the greater Eanes, Westlake, and West Austin regions. Her passion for real estate was ignited early through her involvement with the San Antonio Conservation Society, where she developed a deep appreciation for the Texas Hill Country's beauty, history, and architecture.

Shannon earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas before embarking on an international marketing career in Europe. Fluent in German, she achieved a solid marketing career in the semiconductor industry. Her academic journey continued at Emory University, where she provided countries with informative cost studies, further broadening her global perspective.

Upon returning to Austin, Shannon dedicated herself to her community, actively supporting Eanes ISD and succeeding in expanding school options in classical education. As a global real estate advisor with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, Shannon’s goal is to create lifelong partnerships with her clients. Outside of her real estate career, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors, whether surfing or kayaking on Lake Austin or relaxing with her four daughters, friends, and family.
