Brendan Connolly

Brendan Connolly is an experienced New Hampshire real estate agent and member of the National and Lakes Region Boards of Realtors, serving customers around the lakes and throughout central New Hampshire.

Brendan has lived in the Lakes Region for more than 10 years. Originally from Norwood, Massachusetts, Brendan got the Lakes Region itch while vacationing around the lakes and mountains of central New Hampshire as a child. After graduating from Plymouth State University, Brendan discovered there was nowhere else he wanted to call home. Settling in Meredith with his wife, Jess, before moving to Moultonborough, where they started their family with their two daughters and golden retriever and companion, Goose. Brendan says that, in addition to marrying Jess, his best decisions ever have been choosing to live in the Lakes Region and recognizing that real estate was the career to follow. His wife, Jess, is an integral part of the community pursuing her education career in Meredith.

Brendan combined his love for the region, interest in the growth and preservation of the area and interest in housing to build his real estate career. Before embarking in real estate, Brendan developed his passion for housing, building science and home ownership through multiple roles in the construction industry through concrete work, landscaping, roofing, framing and spray foam insulation.

When not at work, Brendan spends most of his time with his daughters, fishing, hunting, playing hockey, exploring the backroads of New Hampshire or enjoying time on the lake. Time on the lake on his boat, his most cherished family time as he watches his daughters splash, swim and grow around the lake.

Within the real estate industry Brendan's goal is to share and highlight the beauty and lifestyle unique to the area with those who live in the region or plan to call it home on a year-round or seasonal basis. He lends his expertise to those searching for their dream home, relocating, or downsizing for the next phase of life and to those who are ready to capitalize on their investment by selling their property while moving to their next chapter in life.
