Ingo Schultz is a true southern California native, raised in beautiful Manhattan Beach. After graduating from UCLA with a BA in Economics, Ingo earned his Masters in Business (MBA) with high honors at the prestigious Ivy League, Columbia Business School. Ingo excelled in corporate finance then specialized in real estate.

While working with the real estate investment firm Blackstone, Ingo evaluated and enhanced properties, as well as was instrumental in obtaining permits and full entitlements, including architectural, structural and civil engineering designs, for ground up developments.

Through this invaluable experience, Ingo developed a passion for real estate and became the “go-to' real estate expert amongst his network and friends. Ingo joined industry leader Vista Sotheby’s International Realty with its global reach of 84 countries, to provide premium services for all his clients' selling, buying and leasing needs.
