Grace Ann Baresich

Grace Ann has worked with a number of buyers and sellers from across the globe. Primarily servicing Manhattan and Brooklyn, her real estate career also included working in Connecticut prior to launching in New York. She has lived overseas and therefore understands and welcomes the complexities and challenges associated with domestic and international relocation. Grace Ann held senior marketing positions at several Fortune 500 companies including The Bank of New York, Merrill Lynch, and Citi Bank as well as The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Her extensive financial services background equips her to deal with complex financing and client negotiations. She earned a BA in Economics from Boston College and an MBA in Marketing from New York University.

Residing in Manhattan, Grace Ann is an active member of The Players, a private club on Gramercy Park for individuals in the arts and creative world. She is a writer, producer and founder of Mermaids Soul Productions, providing creative and thoughtful entertainment through film.
