Sandi Rubio grew up with a unique upbringing in the small town of Sitka, Alaska, a place accessible only by boat or plane. Eager to see more of the US, she attended the University of Idaho where she immediately fell in love with the state and the people who live here. It took time to get Sandi and her family permanently moved to Boise from Seattle, but in 2011 it became the best move they ever made.
Before Sandi moved to Boise, she lived in San Francisco and Seattle managing high-end Athletic Clubs. In 2010 her brother, Founder and CEO of Front Street Brokers, gave her the opportunity to join him in Boise to sell real estate. Sandi’s background in fitness training helped her realize the value of an approach centered around people. “Helping people change their bodies is a personal process,” she says, “and buying or selling a home gets really personal.”
Sandi adores living with her family in the North End Foothills. Her husband Matt works for Hayden Homes and serves as the Central Highlands Neighborhood Association FireWise Coordinator. Sandi’s daughter Bella works as a nurse at St Luke's Medical Center in Meridian and her youngest daughter Rosie attends Colorado State University as a Business Major and AFROTC cadet. Outside of real estate, Sandi still loves to teach fitness classes, playing tennis, pickleball, volleyball and spending as much time outside as possible!
Sandi believes passionately in creating an elevated experience for clients through a focus on the PEOPLE, relationships, and their needs above all else. By listening carefully to her clients and understanding the full picture of how they desire to live their life, Sandi is able to apply that knowledge toward obtaining what her clients are truly looking for. No matter what chapter of life or home ownership someone is in, Sandi understands that every situation is full of excitement and change. Her mission is to help clients navigate these changes in the smoothest, most joyful manner possible. When choosing an agent to work with, Sandi tells clients not to focus on who works at the biggest brokerage or has sold the most houses, but to consider who they trust having their back, and remains dedicated to representing their best interests.
