As a Nashville native and second-generation Realtor®, Brooks Spellings is well-versed in the vibrant city of Nashville as well as its booming real estate industry. She’s seen the impact buying a home does for a family up close through her mother’s 46-year real estate career and, for the last 11 years, her own career, as a licensed real estate professional partnering with her mother Beverly. Brooks graduated high school from Nashville’s Christ Presbyterian Academy and earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She knows the area of East Nashville particularly well since becoming a homeowner in the neighborhood in 2016 and owns an investment property in the same location.

Brooks works with both buyers and sellers and has been a Silver, Gold & Sapphire Award winner from Greater Nashville Realtors® from 2016 – 2024 and achieved Life Member status from the organization. She additionally earned her Broker’s license in 2020. Brooks loves helping buyers and has helped relocate families from NYC, Washington, California, Chicago, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Indiana, and several other states find their new homes in Middle Tennessee. Showing off her city and finding the perfect home and neighborhood in the area is one of the aspects of real estate Brooks finds most rewarding. Brooks helps sellers at all price points, home sizes, styles, and locations, and is always ecstatic to help her clients reap the financial benefits of their home’s equity!

She is on the board of The McNeilly Center for Children, and is a supporter of, and contributor to, Homes 4 Homes, a non-profit that builds homes for those in need.

Brooks’ hobbies include cheering on her beloved University of Tennessee Volunteers, the Tennessee Titans, and the Nashville Predators. She loves to go on long walks in her neighborhood, work out at OrangeTheory, and has run five half marathons. Brooks also loves being in the kitchen and is always trying to improve her culinary skills. She often finds inspiration from Nashville’s wonderful restaurant scene. One of her favorite outings is going to see live performances in our music rich city – especially at the historic Ryman Auditorium and the outdoor Ascend Amphitheater. Her favorite activity of all is traveling across the country and abroad. Fun Fact: Brooks has been to 22 countries and 48 states!
