Cassandra Merolla

Cassandra is an entrenched member of the Larchmont-Mamaroneck community, serving on the Village of Larchmont's Board of Assessment Review as well as its Recreation Committee through which she founded Larchmont's Annual Dog Parade. Cassandra is a member of Larchmont Yacht Club, the Larchmont Newcomers Club, and serves on the Parent Council at Larchmont Temple Nursery School where both of her children are students.Cassandra is married to a 30+ years Larchmont native, Jamie, who is a graduate of Mamaroneck High School. You can often find Cassandra, Jamie, their two children, Miles and Magnolia and their beloved bernedoodle Murphy frequenting Larchmont and Mamaroneck's parks with Manor Park, Flint Park, and Harbor Island Park (especially the splash pad!) as family favorites.Cassandra lived in New York City for 10 years and worked at big tech companies such as LinkedIn and Bloomberg LP where she partnered with C-level executives as a consultant, solving the largest problems facing their businesses. Before joining the corporate world, Cassandra was an educator and still dedicates time to philanthropic causes supporting underserved youth.Cassandra is a talented listing agent with a keen eye for design, often staging properties exclusively through her own staging warehouse. Cassandra also has an excellent track record as a buyer's agent leading clients to their homes in even the toughest of market conditions, successfully winning many bidding wars in multiple offer scenarios. She has deep relationships with trusted vendors who can service her clients' needs related to securing mortgages, negotiating house contracts, and renovating recently purchased homes as well as preparing homes for market.She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Italian.
