Afton Fraser

Afton Fraser and her family relocated to Greenwich from Los Angeles over 15 years ago. Raised on Long Island, she wanted to give her children the same idyllic experience that she had growing up on the East Coast. Her three boys attended both private and public Greenwich schools. She has keen insight into the world of special needs services through her son with autism.

Afton is a former actress who appeared in film and television. She has also written two books: Hollywood Picks the Classics, a guide to classic film, and Point to Happy, a book for children on the autism spectrum.

A national ballroom dance finalist who competes in the category of pro/am all over the country, Afton also chairs an annual Dancing Stars of Greenwich charity event for Abilis, a nonprofit organization that provides services for special needs individuals and families. She has raised significant funds for this worthy cause. She served on the Parent Association of Brunswick School for many years and chaired their mother and son fashion show.

Through buying, selling, and renovating many of her own houses in Los Angeles, Westchester, and Greenwich, Afton discovered a passion for real estate. She knows first-hand the emotions that come with buying or selling a home. Clients appreciate her communication skills, her ability to listen, her boundless energy and patience, as well as her sense of humor. She is a true people person.

Afton is a licensed real estate professional, a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Board of Realtors, and the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service.
