Jennifer Woods

Jennifer Woods is a lifelong Long Islander with a deep appreciation for the character, beauty, and history of the North Shore. A Friends Academy alum who returned to Glen Cove after years in Manhattan, Boston, and Pennsylvania, Jennifer brings both local insight and a broad, sophisticated perspective to her real estate practice. She proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Glen Cove, Locust Valley, Brookville, Old Brookville, Matinecock, Lattingtown, Bayville, Centre Island, and Muttontown.
Before joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, Jennifer spent 15 years as a financial journalist for The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and TheStreet.com, later authoring a book published by Penguin Group. Her journalism career shaped her into an exceptional communicator and listener — and she can write a truly standout property description.
Jennifer is also a trained interior designer, earning her degree from the Metropolitan Institute of Design. As an expert stager and decorator, she offers clients a refined eye for layout, aesthetics, and value-enhancing improvements. Her own renovation of her century-old Glen Cove home was featured in House Magazine, and she is currently overseeing the renovation of an investment property in the Catskills.
