Brad Millsap

With more than 25 years of experience in luxury brands from private international clubs to residential golf communities, Brad Millsap is President and Broker of Ocean Reef Club Sotheby’s International Realty. Brad brings with him a successful global career in luxury real estate sales and marketing, holding executive positions for prestigious companies such as Heathrow Land Company, Sterling Club in Las Vegas and ClubCorp International in Europe. Because of his extensive international career, Brad understands the power of the global market and is an ideal fit for combing the luxury brands of Ocean Reef Club and Sotheby’s.

While living in London, Brad opened the first private business and athletic club in Europe adjacent to the European Union offices in Luxembourg, working with golf and business clubs in Durban and Johannesburg in South Africa, Caracas, Venezuela, Guayaquil, Ecuador, Panama City, Panama, Frankfurt, Germany and Surrey, England. His tenure with ClubCorp was as the Marketing Director of the Southeastern United States overseeing marketing of over 50 private golf, dining, and yacht clubs.

Educated at Vanderbilt University in Economics, he received his Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Brad and his wife Nancy love to golf, travel and scuba dive. They both agree that their biggest accomplishments are their two successful sons along with their proud new title of grandparents to adorable Luna.
