Daniel Bangs

A partner with the Fifth Avenue office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Daniel Bangs is a real estate professional with more than three decades of expertise in the industry. Originally from Northeast Pennsylvania, he was a partner in one of the top real estate firms in the Bloomsburg area and owned a family-run insurance business for over 15 years.

Daniel specializes in all aspects of residential real estate, including relocations, second homes, investments, waterfront properties, and new construction. He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, ePro® Internet Professional, and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist.

Having begun his real estate career in New York, Daniel served as the property coordinator for the relocation department of the state's largest family-owned realty company. Well-versed in the intricacies involved in relocating, Daniel has worked with many organizations to ensure those customers experience a smooth transition to and from their new homes. Daniel moved to Florida in 2008, and served customers in the Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Boca Raton before moving to Naples.

Having grown up on a “hobby farm” in Pennsylvania, Daniel recently returned to his rural roots by purchasing a home on several acres only a few minutes from downtown Naples. Aptly named H&B Farm, Daniel can be found tending to business around his property when he's not working with buyers and sellers.
