William Preston

William “Joe” Preston, Jr. splits his time between Palm Beach and Maryland. Joe attended the University of Maryland College Park where he obtained a degree in Finance with a minor in Political Science. Joe has been licensed in Maryland for 16 years and has won many awards including the 2022 Re/Max International Hall of Fame Award. In Florida, Joe's primary ares of focus are Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm and Jupiter. Joe speaks English and conversational Spanish. When he is not selling real estate you can find Joe enjoying live music, the beach, running, golfing and exploring new cities around the world.
