A Personal Message
In 2013 our growing family purchased a chalet in the Collingwood area and we began spending our winter weekends making the trek from the city to the beautiful Blue Mountains area to spend time skiing with family at Alpine Ski Club. Winter weekends and holidays quickly turned into spending whatever free time we could in the area, taking advantage of all the amazing lifestyle offerings the Southern Georgian Bay area has to offer. It wasn’t long until our passion for this community and all of its incredible attributes turned towards conversations around how we can make this our permanent home?
When I look back, what was inevitable turned to reality and our family made the decision to move to the Blue Mountains and become full time residents. We haven't looked back. We currently reside in Craigleith and are members of Alpine Ski Club and The Georgian Bay Club.
In 2022, along with Sotheby's real estate advisor, Kerri-Ann Brownlee, we formed the new partnership of Kevin & Kerri-Ann Associates. This business decision has proven to not only be greatly rewarding for ourselves, but also for our clients. Together, we bring over 30 years of combined real estate expertise and in-depth local knowledge. Our complementary work styles and shared values create a seamless experience for our clients, and we’re excited about what the future holds.
As active members of the the Lakelands Association of Realtors as well as the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and with a network of past clients, contacts and a large agent/broker network throughout the GTA, we provide the unique ability to market our clients’ homes beyond the scope of the local market. This provides a crucial advantage to our clients.
