Zoe Oliphant

Zoe and her family moved to Montclair, NJ eleven years ago. Restoring their century-old ancestral home sparked her passion for real estate, remodeling, and interior design. Zoe's entrepreneurial spirit and communication skills drove her to Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, where client relationships, listening, and resourceful problem-solving help make the buying, selling, and rental process as seamless as possible.
While raising four children, Zoe has developed an intimate understanding of Montclair's rich community culture and local education options (from nursery school to high school) for clients who are new to the area. Zoe was born in Vermont and graduated from Touro College in New York. Married to George Oliphant from the NBC show, “George To The Rescue”, Zoe occasionally works on design projects in collaboration with her husband. Zoe has done volunteer work with Van Vleck House & Gardens, Housing Works NYC, and her children’s PTA. In her free time, Zoe enjoys reading, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.
