Ken Williams

Ken has been a Lake Lure resident for more than 25 years and has had a successful real estate career spanning close to 30 years. Whether buying or selling, Ken's thoughtful approach to understanding his client's needs and his keen understanding of real estate has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals.

While working for Fairfield Communities, now Rumbling Bald Resort, Ken was a top producer in sales. Experience, knowledge and integrity have resulted in his continued success.

Ken is married to Mary Williams, also a licensed real estate broker and a local sous chef. Ken and Mary moved to Western North Carolina from the Santa Barbara area of California in 1988. “We found Western North Carolina not only beautiful, but very affordable and decided to settle in Lake Lure”. Married for over 23 years, Ken and Mary have two grandkids and “Edna” their Westie pup. Ken is also an active musician, drag racing fan and photography buff.
