Cynthia Perez-Brown was born and raised in the Westside beach city areas and brings a deep love and knowledge of Los Angeles and prides herself in understanding real estate at a neighborhood level. When performing home searches for clients she provides unique insights into Los Angeles neighborhoods that her clients may have never considered to further exceed their expectations.

Much of Cynthia’s success has come from referrals and recommendations of past clients. With a professional, yet friendly approach, Cynthia has represented both buyers and sellers at every level with honesty, loyalty, and the utmost care. She works diligently and understands the importance of providing truly personalized service. Her clients always know that she will work tirelessly to advocate for their needs. Before working in real estate, Cynthia spent much of her career in corporate banking and mortgage lending specializing in the Santa Monica Brentwood area. Her career in banking also segued into the entertainment industry in the areas of film financing, distribution, and production. This provided her with a firm foundation that combines sophisticated knowledge of finance, excellent communications skills, and sharp attention to detail. With an extensive career in banking, film production, all the way to real estate, she has developed a unique approach to her trade and access to high-profile clientele.

Cynthia and her family live in Brentwood where she spends much of her free time enjoying local art events, farmer markets, and beach activities along with daily walks at the Santa Monica Palisades Parks or often hiking in the local trails.
