Molly Richardson

A St. Louis native and St. Joseph’s Academy alumna, Molly Richardson has always had a deep connection to her hometown. After earning a Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, she began her career as a PR Specialist for Oscar Mayer—where she even had the unique experience of driving the Weinermobile! She later transitioned into marketing and media sales, working with Zipatoni Company Inc., Fox Sports Midwest, and Charter Communications. In 2016, Molly shifted her focus to real estate, co-founding Thompson & Richardson. With her strong sales background and client-first approach, she has helped drive the team’s success, surpassing $100 million in career sales. Now residing in Ladue with her husband and four children, Molly brings a dynamic and spirited energy to every real estate transaction, ensuring her clients receive top-tier service from start to finish.
