Sean Gildea

Sean Gildea has lived his entire life in Marblehead and his roots date back Isaac Allerton, the Mayflower Pilgrim that started a fishing village in Marblehead in 1629.

After graduating from college at the University of Maine—Orono with a BS degree in Business Administration, Sean joined the family business.

Real estate has always been a constant in Sean’s life. His parents owned Carlson Real Estate, and he worked in various jobs for the company while growing up. He understands industry from ground up, and how to position his clients for success.

Sean’s early days earned him a reputation as a leader who strives for integrity and fairness. He was a real estate sales manager for over 20 years, during that time office consistently recognized for its annual sales production. His years of experience, knowledge and expertise, combined with the Sotheby’s brand give his clients a competitive edge in marketplace.

Sean business partner is also his wife. Jodi Gildea, they have two children—Liam and Ella.

Sean And Jodi are part of an experienced 3-generation family team. Their motto is: “Let our family help your family with your Real Estate needs!”
