Laura Hooker Daniels began her career in interior design and transitioned to real estate over 21 years ago. With a strong design background and a deep understanding of real estate investments, she brings both style and strategy to the home buying and selling process. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and tireless advocacy, Laura is a skilled negotiator who keeps communication at the forefront and takes her clients’ goals to heart.

Born in Denver and a graduate of Colorado State University in Interior Design, Laura’s passion for homes is lifelong- shaped early on by her designer mother and realtor father. Before real estate, she co-owned the TJ Hooker Showroom, partnered with KREISS Furnishings in Cherry Creek North, and founded Designs by Laura, working with high-profile clients including Kenny Chesney and Colorado Avalanche players.

Laura’s real estate success is rooted in referrals and the powerful network of LIV Sotheby’s, where she’s been since 2018. She serves communities across the Denver metro area and beyond, offering deep local knowledge and full-service support—from staging to contractor coordination and home concierge referrals.

Laura is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Five Star Award recipient every year since 2011, and a consistent DMAR Top Producer. She’s married, with five sons (including stepsons) and four grandchildren. She lives by the Golden Rule—treating every client like family.
