Mary Rose Perez

An Atlanta native, Mary Rose Perez has a true affection for the city she calls home and enjoys helping others explore its many and varied communities. From Intown neighborhoods like Inman Park, West End and Morningside, to more suburban areas like Alpharetta, Woodstock and Roswell, Mary Rose loves to discover and share the unique offerings of each community with her friends and clients. In Atlanta, there is a special community for everyone to feel right at home, and it is one of Mary Rose’s top priorities to help her clients navigate these areas and find a home that best suits the needs of their family, no matter the price point.

Mary Rose attended Christ the King Catholic School and is a member of The Cathedral of Christ the King parish in Buckhead. After graduating from St. Pius X Catholic High School, Mary Rose attended the University of Alabama where she earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration, and a minor in Spanish. At UofA, she was an active member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. She comes to real estate from a sales background in IT solutions, where she earned several awards for production from her company.

Mary Rose is an animal lover who actively supports the Atlanta Humane Society. She lives in East Cobb with her husband, daughter and two rescue dogs. Mary Rose loves to spend quality time with friends and family, explore local parks and nature trails and discover new restaurants and she never misses a Sunday night dinner with her extended family. She is a member of the Perez Team with her mother, Shawn Perez. Together, they have been a top-producing team in Atlanta since 2016. As a mother-daughter team, they strive to treat their clients like part of the family. Their goal is to deliver quick and desired results while providing a friendly and hassle-free experience for each seller and buyer that they represent.
