Kim Boyd

Kim Boyd is a true professional when it comes to real estate. Kim's style is very hands on. She prides herself on being easy to reach despite her busy schedule. Kim is an Atlanta native so she knows this market better than most agents. She also worked for a time as a mortgage lender, which gives her great insight into the lending process. Her breadth of knowledge of all the elements of a real estate transaction make her an asset to both buyers and sellers. Kim specializes in all buyer and seller markets, from first-time buyers to luxury listings in areas including but not limited to Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Vinings, Dunwoody, Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Morningside and the Emory area.

Kim danced as a star dancer in 2022's Dancing Stars of Atlanta benefiting the Alzheimer's Association. She personally raised over $150,000 for the fundraiser, and she and her dancer pro received the First Place Runner-Up for the People's Choice Award and the Judge's Choice Award.

Kim lives in Brookhaven with her husband, Stephen. They have two daughters out of college, Kathryn and Kelly. When she's not selling real estate, Kim can be found walking her dog around her Brookhaven neighborhood or hitting the tennis court at Capital City Country Club.
