Coming from a business background, with a Masters Degree from NYU, I have extensive experience in negotiation, marketing, finance, project management, construction, building code requirements and business planning. Real Estate requires drawing upon all of these skills. As a chess player, I am logical and analytical and I’m always thinking 10 moves ahead. However, I also understand the importance of listening intently to the aspirations, goals and dreams of my clients.

Purchasing a home is more than a business transaction; it is an enormous personal investment. It is the first step in becoming part of a community and establishing roots. I believe that dreams can come true, and revel in matching unique people with unique properties. The bottom line is that I enjoy helping people. I fiercely protect my clients’ interests and, when necessary, strive to find creative solutions to achieve favorable outcomes and a smooth transaction.
