Janet Nelson

Janet Nelson finds it easy to sell the beauty and pristine lifestyle of the Litchfield Hills by simply living it. Whether it is picking up a bounty of juicy red garden fresh tomatoes from her CSA farm share, or guiding land conservation by being a board member of the Kent Land Trust. She is also the chair of the KLT Farm Committee. Janet is fully immersed in the Litchfield Hills. She is also a member of the Washington Art Association in Washington, CT. where she has shown and sold her abstract oil paintings in several exhibits.

Since moving to Kent in 1984, Janet has helped design and build two country homes in Kent. She is familiar with the building process from the ground up, and has experience in interior design. She loves to help clients stage their homes so they show and sell at their best. These skills are crucial to her career in real estate, and Janet has been working as a realtor for 30 years.
