Michelle Maloney brings a multidisciplinary background and nearly two decades of community-rooted experience to her real estate practice at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. After growing up in California and later attending boarding school in Virginia, Michelle studied at the College of Charleston, where her early interest in architecture and design took shape.

Before entering real estate, Michelle worked for Delta Air Lines and later launched her own boutique, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, operations and high-touch client care. These experiences formed the foundation of her approach today: thoughtful guidance, clear communication and an ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Since joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Michelle has established herself as a trusted advisor in the North Atlanta market, known for her strategic insight, deep local knowledge and calm, solutions-oriented presence. She has represented clients across a range of property types—from historic intown residences to modern suburban homes—and is recognized for her ability to navigate complex transactions with precision and discretion.

Michelle believes that real estate is ultimately about alignment: helping clients make decisions that support their lives, their families and their long-term goals. Her commitment to preparation and follow-through ensures that each step of the process feels intentional and well-managed.

A resident of the Vickery community in Cumming since 2006, Michelle is deeply integrated into the area and brings authentic neighborhood expertise to her work. Outside of real estate, she is an enthusiastic tennis player, an avid home cook who loves discovering new restaurants and a fiercely competitive Wordle player. Michelle and her husband, Ralph, share a blended family of five children.
