Kellie Hardcastle

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Kellie moved to Georgia and has lived in Atlanta for more than 30 years.She began her real estate career in 1998 selling new construction, luxury condominium and townhome communities. Kellie achieved great success as an on-site agent for more than 10 years which earned her sales consultant of the year awards.



Kellie moved into property management with Cousins Properties which broadened her knowledge and experience in real estate. As property manager of 10 Terminus, she worked closely with the Homeowner's Board managing a multimillion-dollar condominium. Important responsibilities included preparing annual budgets, enforcing adherence to all by-laws, rules and regulations and maintaining critical building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and sophisticated telecommunications.This knowledge has proven valuable to Kellie's clients who prefer to purchase in a multi-family environment.



Kellie returned to residential sales in 2012 and attributes her sales experience, property management skills and excellent customer service to her continued success in today's market.



Kellie also enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, cooking classes and is an avid runner, having completed three half marathons.
