Tee Tolleson

After spending nearly every vacation on St. Simons Island for 40 years, Tee Tolleson and his family moved to this quaint island in 2010. Known for his reliability and responsiveness, Tee offers his clients a detail-oriented approach with extensive background in the real estate and development industry.

In 1999, Tee entered the Middle Georgia real estate market full time as an investor and developer after selling his family's lumber business. He earned his real estate license in 2010 and now specializes in transactions on St. Simons Island and Sea Island. Tee works with buyers and sellers providing market expertise, process expectations and proven sales results.

Tee attended Mercer University majoring in Economics. He married his wife, Marti, at Lovely Lane Chapel at Epworth By The Sea in 1993. They have two adult children, Trae and Salliana.
