Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Jon first came to Colorado as a student at the University of Colorado Boulder. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in the spring of 2004. After graduating from CU Jon began his professional career in commercial real estate with Voit Real Estate Services in San Diego, one of California’s most respected regional commercial real estate firms. While there, he learned the value of being a true market expert, earning a reputation with his clients and peers for professionalism, integrity, market knowledge, and attention to detail. As an agent for major institutional property owners, Jon was responsible for creating and executing target marketing programs to keep millions of square feet of industrial space leased. As an advocate for local business owners, he structured lease and sale transactions that fit the operational and growth needs of local business owners. Jon’s efforts earned him numerous accolades including Voit’s coveted Rising Star and Rookie of the Year awards. His background in both commercial and residential sectors provides a strategic advantage in property valuation, marketing, and negotiation, ensuring clients receive insight-driven, results-oriented service.
After relocating to Colorado, Jon served as Commercial Brand Manager for RE/MAX, LLC at the company’s World Headquarters, where he guided hundreds of brokers in brand development, marketing initiatives, and client engagement strategies. Today, he channels that expertise into helping clients achieve their real estate goals with precision, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
