David Huberman

David is enthusiastically committed to bringing customer satisfaction to every sales and rental transaction and has been one of the top grossing agents in Newport County for the past five years. A native of Long Island, New York, he fell in love with Newport while attending Roger Williams University. After graduating in 2002, he did an internship at Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty and decided to make the area his permanent home. David has brokered several significant waterfront sales, including the sale of Newport's historic 'Hopedene' estate for $16 million and 'Wildacre' on Ocean Drive for $14 million. He specializes in the sale of large estate style properties, waterfront, historic properties, commercial properties and investment properties. David 's recent sales have included mansions, small residences, hotels, car dealerships, offices, investments, raw land and more. He is an expert in all fields, working with both buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate in all price ranges. David also manages Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty's rental department which includes summer, winter, yearly rentals, and property management.
