Peggy Garrett

Peggy came to the Yampa Valley from West Texas in 1969 to attend the Lowell Whiteman School. Peggy knew she was 'home' when she made her 1st drive over Rabbit Ears Pass. She left for four years to attend college at the University of Denver and study abroad in Mexico. Upon returning to Steamboat, she married and began her career in Retail, Marketing and Sales. Peggy spent 8 years teaching Spanish, a language she is fluent in, at Colorado Mountain College before starting her Real Estate Career in 1982. Peggy enjoys meeting new people, Skiing, Playing Pickle Ball, hiking, Yoga and exercise. A definite dog lover.
