Earning her MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Marcia successfully managed clients’ wealth and investments for over two decades in the financial services industry. In 2009, she began investing in real estate and fell in love with the business of buying and selling properties. While Marcia enjoys the analytics of real estate valuation, she also keenly understands the emotional aspects. Having moved multiple times during her lifetime, she truly knows what it means to pack up a home to prepare it for sale, as well as what it means to be a brand new member in a new community.
Marcia and her husband Michael have lived in Marin for over 20 years; they raised their children in Ross. She understands the importance of excellent education, fine homes and good neighbors. An active community member over many years, Marcis sits on the board of the Ross Property Owners’ Association; recently, she was president of the Ross School Foundation, and co-chaired the Branson Annual Fundraiser for Scholarships. Currently, she sits on the Executive Committee for Ross Valley Women’s League and is the co-chair of their Gala, which raises funds for Adopt A Family, to prevent homelessness in Marin County. Marcia’s son, Mackie, plays Varsity Baseball for the Redwood Giants, and her daughter, Marlena, studies Computer Science—Game Design at the University of Southern California.
