A lifelong Raleigh resident, Franklin Munford joined Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby's International Realty upon graduating from NC State in 2011. He has sold homes in eleven different cities/towns, with prices ranging from $130,000 to $3,800,000. Franklin is renowned for his unwavering client advocacy, exceptional service, and remarkable patience with all buyers, from first-timers to downsizers. Franklin resides in Raleigh with his wife, Lauren, and their two children. They have renovated three homes together and are always seeking their next project.
