Originally from France and raised in Spain, Karine Mailliez brings a rich multicultural perspective and an international business background to her real estate practice. Her fluency in English, French, and Spanish allows her to connect effortlessly with clients and professionals from all walks of life, ensuring a personalized and effective experience at every stage of the process.

Karine's career began in the international hospitality industry, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Magna Cum Laude honors in Switzerland. Her professional journey took her to luxury hotels in Spain, Singapore, Switzerland, and Texas, where she refined her management skills and commitment to excellence in customer service.

Having inherited charisma, tenacity, and determination from her father—a self-made man and retired CEO of a plasterboard factory in France—Karine brings these values to her work every day. Her husband, a veteran real estate developer/investor of more than 40 years, introduced her to the industry, inspiring her to apply her diverse skills and experiences to real estate.

In addition to her expertise in property sales, Karine has an eye for design and holds a certification in Interior Design and Decorating, and has worked alongside her husband as part of a successful real estate development team. Her background in design, paired with her dedication to client service, allows her to offer her clients a unique and well-rounded perspective.

Karine genuine approach and unwavering dedication to clients establish her as a reliable ally for those seeking to purchase, sell, invest in, or develop properties both domestically and internationally, while also serving as a valuable resource for other real estate professionals.

Based in Pacific Palisades for over 20 years, Karine and her family lost their home and the irreplaceable memories within its walls to the fire of January 7, 2025. This heartbreaking experience has pushed them through an extraordinarily difficult period, but as they work to rebuild their lives, they have found their priorities fundamentally shifted, and the challenging path of beginning again has forged greater resilience.

Karine still treasures her time outdoors in nature and around animals, along with precious moments spent with family and true friends, finding peace and renewal in these meaningful connections that ground her and provide balance to her professional life.
