The Seller Representative Specialist (S.R.S.) designation – the premier seller agency designation for the real estate profession. The S.R.S. is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (R.E.B.I.) and is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS®. Recipients are required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in seller representation, demonstrate significant seller representation experience and expertise, and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
Additional designations earned include the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (S.R.E.S.) designation, the Residential Construction Certified (R.C.C.) designation, and the Certified New Home Specialist (C.N.H.S.) designation.
He previously earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (P.S.A.) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, to better guide clients through the research-based property valuation and pricing process.

Prior to beginning his real estate practice, Dan Feeney worked in the school safety and security field, developing innovative community outreach, education and early intervention initiatives, and managing an inter-agency school safety network. He provided prevention information, training, and crisis response planning to more than two dozen local school systems, as well as area police and fire departments, parent teacher groups, community organizations, government agencies and professional associations. He has been an invited presenter at professional development training conferences convened in five (5) states.
He has enjoyed applying his project management, advocacy and stakeholder relations experience to the real estate profession.
Dan Feeney is a “double Eagle”, having earned both his undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Boston College. He volunteers with the Xaverian Brothers High School alumni association, and has been a participating contributor to a real estate industry charity which supports the prevention of homelessness and the provision of housing-related assistance to families in need.
