Alexandra Ayala

Alexandra is a dedicated real estate professional with a lifelong connection to Central Virginia and a deep appreciation for the region’s architectural charm. Born in Arlington and raised in the small town of Scottsville, Alexandra developed an early love for homes through her family’s business, O’Neill Contractors LLC. Working alongside her parents, she learned the craftsmanship, care, and detail that go into every aspect of a home, from its structure to its siding. This experience continues to shape her approach to real estate today.

A graduate of James Madison University, Alexandra earned her degree in Media Arts and Design with a concentration in film and marketing. Her creative background allows her to thoughtfully capture and share the stories behind each property, helping families and individuals envision the memories they will create in their new homes.

When she is not assisting clients, Alexandra enjoys hiking Virginia’s scenic trails and exploring the region’s many architectural styles. Proud of her Puerto Rican and Salvadoran heritage, she values connection, culture, and understanding. These qualities guide her as she builds lasting relationships with clients throughout the Charlottesville area.
