With a distinguished career spanning over 40 years, Keith Mckinney is a seasoned real estate advisor and managing broker who brings a wealth of experience from every corner of the “built environment.” His journey includes pivotal roles as an engineer, consultant, owner's representative, and business owner, providing him with a unique perspective on the complexities of life’s transitions and the integral role real estate plays within them.

As a managing broker, he has led commercial and residential offices for Coldwell Banker and other top national firms throughout the greater Seattle region. His prior work experience included land use, entitlements, project development, and construction management in five western states. Keith’s transactional expertise, primarily in Washington and California, covers positions as designated broker, director, and both tenant and owner representative. His specialties include commercial property receiverships, notably a large portfolio transaction for the Federal Trade Commission. Keith is also a Certified Commercial Analyst, Commercial Finance Analyst, and Brokers Property Opinion of Value Specialist.
His client-first philosophy is built on a foundation of authentic, genuine, and compassionate leadership. He ensures each transaction is driven by agreed-upon objectives and timelines, with tailored marketing plans to meet client goals. Keith looks forward to reconnecting with his “career family” at RSIR, once again working closely with these brokers and close friends and realigning himself with fresh goals and initiatives.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Keith studied engineering at the University of Idaho on a Navy ROTC scholarship. He’s a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He and his fiance, Denice, live on the East Hill in Kent. They have two grown children, Kyle and Kelly, and five grandchildren. Denice and Keith are avid antique collectors and spend their free time prowling through any antique mall or thrift store they can find. Keith prides himself on his commitment to family and the personal relationships he’s acquired during his more than 40 years in the real estate industry.
