Born and raised on Long Island, Richard has spent more than 40 years living in the Rockville Centre and Oceanside area, building both personal and professional roots in the community he proudly serves. Specializing in Rockville Centre, Oceanside, and all of Southern Nassau, he combines deep local knowledge with a passion for guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions.
With years of real estate experience and a reputation built on integrity, Richard is known for protecting his clients’ interests above all else. A graduate of Oceanside schools, Chaminade High School, and the University of Delaware, Richard takes pride in continually learning and striving to be both a better professional and a better person. Beyond real estate, he is a devoted husband and father. In his free time, he can often be found exercising, reading, traveling, watching films, or following sports.
