RALSIE O'SHEA

A Richmond native, Ralsie graduated from St. Catherine’s School before earning her degree from the College of Charleston. As a multi-generational Richmonder, she takes pride in serving as an ambassador for the hometown she knows and loves. She understands what makes Richmond and its surrounding areas special, from its rich history and vibrant culture to its strong job market and natural beauty. Her deep local connections allow her to help clients find more than just a house, but a sense of community.

Before becoming a licensed agent, Ralsie started her real estate career in Washington, DC, as a team coordinator for a top-producing group. Working in one of the country’s most competitive markets gave her valuable experience in marketing, organization, and strategy. That experience made for a natural transition into sales, and she quickly established herself as a top producer in her first year as an agent.
Ralsie is a dedicated advocate for her clients, guiding them through the buying and selling process with ease. Her approach combines warmth, honesty, and attention to detail, earning her a loyal base of repeat clients and referrals.

When she’s not working, Ralsie loves spending time with her husband, Riley and their son, James. She enjoys musical theater, yoga, and anything written by Donna Tartt. She is a lifelong member of St. Stephen's Church and a dedicated advocate for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Disease.
