Shara is incredibly proud to have been one of the first Realtors to join Sotheby's International Realty Canada in 2005 when the company opened its first office in Kitsilano, Vancouver, BC. As part of the founding group, she had the privilege of introducing Vancouverites to the iconic brand, thus allowing her clients the opportunity to experience firsthand the tremendous benefits of aligning themselves with the Sotheby's brand. Over nearly 9 years, Shara built a very successful business, earning a reputation for her dedication, drive, professionalism, and integrity, always looking after her client’s best interests and needs with genuine care and expertise. She won herself a loyal following in the Greater Vancouver Area and built a long-lasting referral network.
In 2013 Shara decided to step back from her successful career and place it on hold to pursue her passion for Yoga. She traveled to India and later opened up 2 Yoga retreat centers; one in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, and a second center in Varkala, Kerala. She spent her time teaching and overseeing the yoga teacher training courses. Shara returned to Canada after nearly 7 years and settled in her hometown of Ottawa to be near her family.
Today, Shara is living in her hometown of Ottawa and specializes in residential real estate and mortgage advising, working with buyers and sellers in and around the Ottawa region. As a REALTOR® and mortgage advisor, Shara combines her love for people with her passion for real estate to guide the process while building long-lasting relationships. Honesty, integrity, and determination are values she adheres to, and she offers clients the highest level of service and dedication.
When Shara is not assisting clients you will find her teaching yoga or spending time with her two beautiful children.
