Alex Philo

Alex is a passionate broker who has spent over 20 years helping people navigate the property markets of South West London and Surrey. Alex started his career in 2003, working in and around Wandsworth and Clapham Common. He then joined Knight Frank in Esher, Walton-on-Thames and Weybridge where he honed his skills in some of the most sought-after estates in the area.

In 2020, Alex took over the Wimbledon team and quickly made a name for himself, selling some of the most beautiful homes in Wimbledon Village. A proud moment for him was in 2022 when he set a record for the highest fee ever achieved in Knight Frank’s South West division.
