Susan’s background as a professional Interior Designer, holding a Bachelor of Interior Design Degree and owning and operating a successful Interior Design company for 30+ years, is an asset that sets her apart in the real estate industry. Her expertise in home design, problem-solving, attention to detail, and extensive experience collaborating and negotiating with hundreds of clients and other luxury home industry professionals has proven beneficial to her real estate clients. She attained her Real Estate License in 2019 and specializes in the Luxury Real Estate market in Calgary & Area. Susan offers complimentary pre-sale Home Staging to all her Seller Clients and reasonably priced post-sale Interior Design & Home Enhancement Consultations to New Home Owners.

Susan is also a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (CLHMS), a designation earned by Realtors with a sales performance in the top 10% of their market.

Born and raised in central Alberta, Susan is proud to call Calgary her home since 2011. She is also proud to be a citizen of both Canada and the United States of America – born to a Canadian hockey player dad and an American mom who met at Colorado College. She has travelled extensively to the USA and has aligned with some of the best Realtors in Boulder, Colorado, Scottsdale, Arizona and Palm Springs, California to assist her Canadian Buyer Clients purchase a primary or second home in the USA.
