Chris Ledda

Chris' Marin story began when a bike ride across the Golden Gate Bridge and a wrong turn brought him to Tiburon. Now rooted in the community and working out of the Belvedere-Tiburon Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty office, Chris has embraced the area’s active, family-focused lifestyle. For him, it’s like a permanent staycation, with scenic trails, waterfront views, and a close-knit community that make living and working here a dream.

Chris started in Industrial Design but soon found his true passion in homes—both the design and the potential they hold. He’s remodeled several of his own, framing walls, soldering plumbing joints, and rewiring electrical work—all while passing Tiburon’s building inspections. More importantly, he understands how smart investments can increase a property’s value. His keen eye for detail helps him recognize opportunities where others may not, whether it’s uncovering a hidden gem in the market or seeing the potential in a fixer-upper ready for value-boosting improvements.

Over the years, Chris has learned that at the heart of real estate, it’s the relationship with the client that matters most. He believes in working with people who want to work with him—a partnership built on trust and understanding. His clients range from tech company founders, surgeons, and entertainment industry leaders to veterans and young families eager to build long-term wealth through their real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find him on the trails with his son, soaking in the views that first captured his heart on that fateful bike ride.
