Stephen specifically worked on Salley Widmayer's team to launch some of Washington, DC’s most prestigious luxury residential buildings, including THE HEPBURN in Dupont Circle and The Residences at Eastern Market on Capitol Hill, culminating in 2019 with the launch of '1331' in Washington's Wharf District, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects.
A graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art and Parsons School of Design, Stephen brings a creative and strategic approach to marketing and sales. A highlight of his career was co-listing the iconic Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Estate, a prominent Arte-Moderne property in Washington, DC.
Stephen has lived in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood with his partner for over 45 years. Outside of real estate, he enjoys opera, travel, painting, and supporting local community events like The Georgetown House Tour and The Georgetown Garden Tour.
